Ending the Cycle of Homelessness

As you may have observed, there is a growing issue of homelessness in our community. The Barrett Foundation has been working tirelessly since the 80’s to help women and children who are suffering from homelessness right here in our community.

This amazing organization provides assistance to local women and children who have fallen on difficult times by providing shelter, three meals a day, and supportive services to help them transition into stable housing. Upon arrival at the emergency shelter, each resident meets with the Housing Stability Advocate to create a plan for long-term housing so they can become contributing members of our community. “The Barrett Foundation has become a beacon of hope for those who have walked through its doors and I am proud to support their efforts. ” – Jalene Berger

The Barrett Foundation serves 35 to 40 women and children in need each night, 365 days a year. Our agency is raising funds to help them continue providing shelter, safe housing and resources to their residents to help them become stable and self-sufficient.
