And a lot of people say, well, adobe homes don’t burn. Well, they don’t, but what they do is other parts of the house burn and then the water trying to put out those other parts, melts the adobes, and adobes are more expensive to construct.
So a true adobe home is more expensive to insure than a framed stucco home or a brick home.
