At The Berger Agency, we believe that when we invest in people, we strengthen our entire community. That’s why we’re proud to support ETS, an organization dedicated to elevating individuals on the autism spectrum and the families, educators, and advocates who walk alongside them through education, support, and advocacy across New Mexico.

Autism impacts countless families, and the journey often comes with challenges that many don’t see: navigating resources, finding inclusive opportunities, advocating for appropriate support in schools, and building a sense of belonging. ETS helps bridge those gaps by creating spaces where individuals feel understood, empowered, and celebrated.

From inclusive educational events to meaningful community gatherings, ETS provides support both in person and virtually, ensuring that no one has to feel alone in their journey. Their work reaches even further through advocacy, serving on school boards, education task forces, and state disability councils championing progress and developmental disability advancements at the state level.
