IMPROVING LITERACY FOR ALL

Did you know that 1 out of every 5 adults in New Mexico reads below a 5th-grade level? This is a severe barrier to many everyday things that you or I may take for granted, such as reading prescription labels, filling out job applications, and even reading certain street signs. It even affects their children, especially when they need help with their own education!

We here at The Berger Agency are dedicated to being #AgentsofChange. This is why for this Community Cause cycle, we are supporting ReadWest so that we can help improve adult literacy in our community.

ReadWest provides comprehensive, quality one-on-one tutoring to adults in Sandoval and Bernalillo counties seeking to advance their literacy skills. The organization is non-profit and relies on trained, certified volunteers to conduct their tutoring and lessons. This is why we need your help to support this fantastic organization.
